Oh my gosh, it was absolutely amazing! This is our second time visiting, and we weren't disappointed at all! I ordered the special HotJack with fries, and the other two had Jim Burgers (one without onions). The fries were just perfect! This place comes highly recommended by locals and is really popular for their Chinese food too! Yes, you heard that right—they also serve Chinese dishes, although we didn't try them this time. Today was extra exciting because we got to see the entire crew preparing for the dinner rush. They were all standing in a circle, hand-forming the burger patties! It couldn't have been better!
The restaurant is very clean, and the food is excellent. I had the P-town Blue Burger topped with an egg, and it was the best burger I've had in a long time—the egg really made it special. The deep-fried mushrooms were also great; they weren't greasy at all, and you could really taste the mushrooms. I had never heard of Philly cheese egg rolls until I saw them on the menu, so I decided to try them, and they were incredibly tasty! My companion ordered the Shroom Burger with an egg on top, and she enjoyed it as well, saying it was delicious. I also tried some of her fries, which were good. I highly recommend this place for everyone!
The customer service here is exceptional, rated 11/10! The staff was friendly and had amazing attitudes. Even if the food had been mediocre, I would still give them 5 stars just for their service. Luckily, the food was delicious and they offered keto-friendly options upon request for my dinner date. I'm so glad we chose this place! I will definitely recommend it to anyone in the valley.
I'm in Arizona and ordered my husband and his co-worker who works in Wasilla a Burger and Pommes, and two egg rolls. And they said this is the best burger and pommes they had in a long time. Very fresh and hot!! Great phone service and delivered on time. I'll call again to order them for dinner and they'll stop for dinner. They didn't send me pictures.
I don't give 5 stars often... So 4 is pretty good! Probably wouldn't drive all the way out here from Eagle River but if I'm in the area I'll definitely stop by (although as I'm writing this a week later I'm still reminiscing about the rice...
