Cold Stone is great 99.9% of the time, but my visit yesterday was a bit disappointing. Three of the employees seemed to be impaired and could barely function, which was concerning. However, what really bothered me was that none of them were wearing gloves while handling the ice cream. That really turned me off and made the experience feel rather unappetizing. View all feedback.
In Alaska on a hot summer day, then cool off with ice cream right here. The place is busy, but good nservice and the well know Cold Stone ice cream. We had 16 in our group, all were happy when we left. Now Cold Stone is not cheap, but the ice cream is great.
Great ice cream but expensive. Save for special occasions, lady needs more staff, but she can't find people who stay. They have no work ethic
I've never really had anything bad to say about Coldstone, just that they're more on the expensive side. But their ice cream is good, and the service is as well.
The ice cream is good, tons of selections. My husband and I went on a date night before a movie. Not very many tables. Very expensive, better off going to a store and buying the stuff yourself.
My favorite birthday cake ever chocolate cake with cheesecake ice cream with strawberries. Just want to have that for dinner and nothing else.
