Beary Cool Yogurt - Wasilla

I work here. Its really nice. Always Kid Friendly. Come check us out. the froyo is self serve. We just help with some toppings but the rest you can do yourself.

I would give it 1 star but I gave it 2 because they had pretty good flavors of yogurt. The customer service on the other hand, beyond horrible. I took my 18 yr old sister, who was visiting from out of state, to get a nice treat on a hot day. She was super thirsty and as we walked in, she asked the girl at the counter if she could have a CUP of water. The gal responded with yeah, its $2.00 a bottle ... hmm really? Everywhere else you go to, they are quick to just give us a small cup of water.....its not like we were just walking off the street and not purchasing two of their $6 ice creams. I asked the girl to please get us a cup of water, she rolled her eyes, sighed and walked to the back where she was able to fill up a cup of water....its a lot of work, I guess.... As we paid, I thanked her for getting the water, she looked up at me and said nothing.... I think beary cool needs to check their teenager worker 's attitudes....this place lacks customer service...I 'll stick to the gelato place, way yummier anyways!

I loved this place. It's at the Carr's Mall in Wasilla and when you walk in it's a happy place to be. It's pink and purple and has 10 flavors of yogurt including No Sugar Added, which tastes great. There are over 50 toppings, so I can go healthy or go splurge. It is very yummy.

So good that we came when it was -11 degrees! Our daughter loves picking out all of her toppings. They only charge 49¢ per ounce:

We love Beary Cool and visit at least once a week! We love that they rotate the flavors! Its always a treat when we get to sit and visit with Natalie! She is the highlight of the trip!
