Starbucks - Washougal

I love this store so I still have to give it 5 stars, but in the last two days my mobile order was wrong, and so much I hate to do this, I feel like I have to say something because Starbucks is just too expensive to not get the right order. Yesterday I ordered a turkey bacon egg white breakfast sandwich and got a turkey bacon sandwich. Today I ordered an icy green tea with a splash of sweet cream and my whole drink is only full of sweet cream, definitely not a splash. I know you're always super busy, so you're probably in a hurry to get orders and I understand. As a regular customer, I only ask that perhaps an additional second or two is taken to read the mobile order that came through properly. Thank you for everything you do and thank you for always friendly customer service!

This Starbucks Coffee Shop in Camas is the best for a white chocolate mocha. They're the best drink on their list. Love them in winter and summer too. But in summer I will try some special drinks there and I was never disappointed. Thank you. Starbucks, JR 3/19/22

Another example of the uniformity of the Starbucks experience. Clean dining room and restrooms with happy baristas ready to help! The only downside was the lack of more comfortable seating. Wood chairs and tables are nice for sitting to study or do work but when I come in to read a book and drink coffee, I’d prefer a cushy chair to sink into.

Clean shop, not so fast service at all. The staff was friendly and helpful, and a young man (the one who did not train the new person) went beyond and beyond our expectations. He saw my husband sitting outside with our dog while I ordered, and brought her a little picino treats and a cup of water. So thoughtful and really deceived after their trip to the veterinarian. Thanks again!

This place has the most amazing customer service. The team was so happy. Looks like they're working well.
