Juicy's - Washoe County

Walked in for lunch, rude owner was precooking all his patties, that sent off red flags, he made eye contact with me so I assumed that was my cue to order. I asked for a double bacon cheeseburger and he said that he was busy and turned his back to me. I sat there for a few minutes wondering what happened and then thought I don’t want a precooked burger and I don’t want to be treated rudely. So I walked out the door, never going back to that location, drove to the south Reno location and ordered there and they didn’t yell at me and they made my food fresh to order. The owner of the sparks location doesn’t deserve to have that business, he is a disgrace to the juicy burger brand!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband went to order lunch today and the service was horrible. The person working was rude and my husband ended up canceling his order and leaving. Another customer in the dining room also had a poor experience.

Worst experience ever. The owner is an awfully angry and mean person. This was my first experience ever stepping into juicys and I immediately left within 5 minutes. The guy working the counter was the only person in there so I kindly asked are you open? Since it was 9:20 in the morning and I wasn’t sure the hours. Thats when all hell broke loose, like my question offended him. I asked him if he was the owner and he turned his back to me and walked away. NEVER EVER GO HERE unless you wanna be verbally assaulted.

The only thing Juicy about this place is the reviews.

What a rude server. Last time here and any Juicy’s for that matter. You can thank this A hole.
