El Pulgarcito - Feedback

What Cygi Feore doesn't like about El Pulgarcito:
I bought the 3 piece thigh leg meal with broccoli and pinto beans. The chicken was overcooked-dry on the outside. The broccoli was starting to spoil and was undercooked. The pinto beans were good, but that’s really not what I’m paying for. This is the worst El Pollo Loco experience I’ve ever had. I believe in when you're at work to have fun. But when you're having fun and you're screwing people's orders up for getting items in the order that's when you need to stop the fun because you're losing control.
