I completely understand that... read more I had an excellent experience with the customer service. I'm hard of hearing, so when I went to check out, my order was incorrect. I completely understand that this was probably due to my hearing difficulties. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating and took care of everything to make it right. Plus, my sandwich was delicious! A big thank you to the team at the Subway in Washington, Illinois.
