However, automatic 20% service fees irked some customers. Despite service hiccups and the occasional hair in a dish, the spot is praised for its delightful cocktails, escargot, and bolognese. The ambience pleases and prices are reasonable for DC. The carbonara is a must-try, and the total experience is worth the price. So, while there are some issues with management and service pacing, Rosemarino remains a solid choice for Italian fare in the area.
