Feedback
Guests have varying opinions about the food and service at the restaurant, with some enjoying the delicious food options such as grilled swordfish and a seafood tower, while others were disappointed by the slow service and lack of a kids menu. Some guests had positive experiences, such as enjoying the live Jazz music and having a great value meal during Restaurant Week brunch. Others found the service to be both pleasant and efficient, while some felt the restaurant could improve on presentation and timing. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential but may need to address certain issues to ensure a consistently positive dining experience for all customers.
After a long day of sight seeing, my friends and I stopped in for happy hour before deciding on our finally destination for dinner.
Been here twice and this place does not disappoint! The food is outstanding, the people there are friendly and the service is quick! We will definitely come back again!
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The only downside was the presentation. We ordered the "Platte" menu and found that the coating lacked finesse and visual appeal. The dishes were just thrown onto the plate without any thought to presentation. Despite this, everything tasted great. The restaurant could definitely improve on their plating technique.
Train your staff to be solution-oriented when faced with customer issues. Our experience with E was disappointing - we asked for a kids menu and were told there wasn't one, leaving us scrambling to find something for our hungry 7-year-old. Despite spending over $100, we were only offered items from the fixed menu for restaurant week. When we saw a neighboring table receive hush puppies, we inquired and were told they were only available at the bar. Instead of simply pointing out where they could be found, E could have offered to bring some for us or suggested alternatives to accommodate our child. By teaching your staff to be proactive problem-solvers, you can ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
