Very viby place. Make a reservation its small can accommodate maybe 10-15 ppl. Their dumplings were yum. My ramen mushroom one was ok they added beets which I dint like could have been better. But my friend ordered pork ramen broth was flavorful enjoyed over all. Sake and drinks ?? View all feedback.
What Emmet Swift dislikes about Toki Underground:
I noticed that I was contacted by them a few months ago after I wanted another chance for almost seven years. This kind of range feels like a sinking ship trying to... View all feedback.
Absolutely delicious and such a cool vibe inside! I had the Toki Classic and highly recommend! The place is upstairs and small, so you?re sitting close next to other people along the edge of the room and there is alway late 2000s music playing! Definitely a great date spot, might not be great for more than two people. Make a reservation ahead of time. A must visit place for Ramen in DC!!
Great place, great service, and delicious food. It's very tight and seating is limited, so there's a time limit on your visit. My friend, who visited Japan, noted the food was authentic and so was the vibe, for the most part. One thing that I didn't like was the volume of the music. In such a tiny place, it felt more like a club than a dinner spot. And if you don't like rap, you might not enjoy your time there.
Trendy, artistic and casual dining scene serving top notch food. Perfect place to devour Bao buns before moving on to a ramen or noodle bowl. I ordered the wagyu beef ramen the beef melts in your mouth and works perfectly with the broth and udon noodles. Be sure to book a table in advance and turn up hungry because you will want to try everything!

The place was small but the atmosphere was fun. The food was incredible and was served extremely quick. I can't say enough about how great the staff was, our waiter even ran out to catch me as I had left my bag there. This is a must visit whether you're alocal or a tourist. (Just make sure to have a reservation)
