Feedback
Despite a few negative experiences with service, the restaurant seems to shine in terms of its sushi offerings. The ambiance and decor of the establishment have received praise as well. Some customers have had issues with the service being slow and inattentive, with several instances of forgotten or delayed orders. On the other hand, there have been mentions of attentive and pleasant service from certain staff members. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, many patrons have spoken positively about the quality of the food and plan to return to the restaurant.
We showed-up on time, waitress took our order minutes later. Food showed-up an hour later. The waitress never came around to ask if we needed anything. Told us the kitchens is closing and itâs last call for food. Yet our original orders werenât out yet. When the sushi showed-up everybodyâs order was on plates, we had figure out who ordered what. There was of us! The food was great but the service was terrible. Also, they charged a tip to the bill without telling us.
Firstly, when we entered the establishment we were told that we would have to wait minutes for a seat, after already having a reservation. Once we were seated our server was very rude. He then only came to check our table one time, the entire two hours we were there. I was very unhappy with the service. I will not be going back.
Menu was misleading not very âLatin Asianâ mostly sushi, which was however very good- the best part about the restaurant. The âbi-levelâ part of the description of the restaurant is wrong. The second floor of the restaurant is apparently a completely different Greek restaurant owned by the same owner. The service was terrible- sat at the bar and the bartender was on her phone most of the time.
My husband and I went to commemorate a birthday weekend and it was truly fantastic. The ambiance and decor were captivating, with beautiful music playing in the background and a stunning mural of flowers on the walls. The cocktails and appetizers were creatively delicious, and the sushi was amazing. My husband enjoyed the short rib skewers, which he usually is very particular about. I would strongly recommend this restaurant for a date night, girls' night out, or for a late night bite to eat.
I am amazed that I only just found this wonderful restaurant. The sushi here is outstanding - every piece of fish is fresh and each roll is crafted with care using the best ingredients. The ambiance is incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the sushi is truly mind blowing. Don't hesitate, make sure to visit this place! You won't be disappointed.
