It's a little different than the Indian food I'm familiar with, but just as good,... read more Pleasantly shocked and amazed. Food was fantastic, in portion sizes were good. It's a little different than the Indian food I'm familiar with, but just as good, maybe even better. The only thing I'm not fond of is a $4 tiny bottle of Diet Coke. And I'm especially not fond of a tiny diet coke served in a glass bottle. The service was very fast and the staff were ultra helpful. The dining area is outdoor inside a plastic enclosed porch. But despite it being 35° outside, the space was very well heated so it was comfortable. If I lived in this area I would be eating here frequently.

I love the st... read more Somehow I always forget to post a review, but this is my go to place in DC when I want to impress my out of town friends with flavor and ambiance. I love the string lights outside, the mango lassi is the best in the area, and the samosas are a meal inthemselves that I keep going back for at least on a weekly basis.

I was there to grab a quick bite. Service is good, you can visit during the day if avoiding rush.
