Despite some mixed reviews on service, the restaurant seems to be focused on the quality of their food. My boyfriend and I went to Honeysuckle to celebrate my birthday. As soon as we walked in, the unique and eclectic decor caught my eye.
This restaurant boasts fantastic decorations and creates the perfect ambiance for a corporate dinner or a fancy date night. The service was outstanding throughout the evening.
Jerico's has been our go-to restaurant for special occasions for years. However, our recent visit did not live up to our previous experiences. Normally, the fillets (Knight's Cut) are delicious and tender, but this time they were under-seasoned and needed to be sent back to the kitchen to be cooked to the medium doneness we requested. We informed both the hostess and our server about this issue. Although the hostess offered to prepare another steak for us, we declined as we didn't want it to go to waste if we couldn't finish it on the spot or take it home in time. Unfortunately, the only response/action we received was an apology from the hostess and our server. Despite this disappointing experience, we will still recommend Jerico's, but with a cautionary note.
Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience.
