A great place for breakfast or lunch, if you know where to find it. Located in an office building in front of the L'Enfant Plaza Metro, it's just a couple of blocks from the National Mall. What Lorilyn Cabe dislikes about Cosmo Cafe:
I often pass by this restaurant on my way to work and finally decided to try it out today. I would not recommend it. The peas and fried rice were tough, the orange chicken and wings were not flavorful, but the teriyaki chicken and spring rolls were okay. The prices are too high for the mediocre quality of the food. My friend really enjoyed her Capital Special turkey sandwich and drink and I loved my Bulgogi Burger Combo, including fries and drink, each under $13. The free Neighborhood Shuttle stops at the corner and will let you off in front of the Hirshhorn if you don't feel like walking to the Mall.
Best place for breakfast sandwiches! Bacon, egg on croissant is out of this world. Always have breakfast here when in town
My family paid $100 for some of the worst food we have ever tasted at this restaurant.
