Located in an office building in front of the L'Enfant Plaza Metro, it's just a couple of blocks from the National Mall. There's no buffet now, but you can get freshly prepared breakfast or lunch at very reasonable prices. My friend really enjoyed her Capital Special turkey sandwich and drink and I loved my Bulgogi Burger Combo, including fries and drink, each under $13. The free Neighborhood Shuttle stops at the corner and will let you off in front of the Hirshhorn if you don't feel like walking to the Mall.

The peas and fried rice were tough, the orange chicken and wings were not flavorful, but the teriyaki chicken and spring rolls were okay. The prices are too high for the mediocre quality of the food.
