Pleasant place. Very convenient. SUPER BUSY but overall attention oriented is a plus for this place. I don’t see why people leave negative reviews on here for small little issues, bunch of white collared personal by the looks of it who try to dehumanize people working hard, remain humble guys. I love Chipotle, but this is by far the worst restaurant. There?s always an issue with the food quality, whether that be undercooked rice, rubbery chicken, etc. The restaurant is also never clean. I?d understand if it was sometimes a little messy during the rushes, but every time I go in there it?s a disaster. There even seems to be a pest issue with lots of flies and gnats. Out of brown rice, black beans, two kinds of meat, corn, and chips when I went in. I had the saddest-looking bowl ever. I never leave reviews, but this place is absolutely terrible. I always drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another Chipotle. Avoid at all costs.Food: 1/5
Easily the worst chipotle in the entire company. Consistently the RUDEST people work here. Would give negative stars if possible.I actually had to go back and edit this review to add, if there was another planet that had life on it and they also started Chipotle, this one would STILL be the worst in existence.
Broken door. Can barely enter the establishment. I arrived at 9:10 to be told they didn’t have shells for tacos, rice, and they barely had any black beans. They said they were closing soon…soon being 50 mins? I had to settle for a bowl and the server tried to skimp me on the guacamole that they had a full bowl of. Then they had no napkins or utensils on the way out I was so annoyed I didn’t even ask. They see that area looking empty and crazy. And they didn’t give me a receipt. ????
When ordering tonight, a Chipotle employee was behind me in line ordering a meal and pointed out that there was something wrong with the sour cream. She asked that the worker on the line switch the sour cream out before serving her. I overheard this, looked at the sour cream (which had what looked like clear gel in it), and decided I should ask for another burrito with new sour cream (the weird problematic sour cream was already on my burrito). The employee on the line gave me a hard time about having to remake my food.Aside from that, I noticed that this store’s employees were basically giving extra food away for free. The person in front of me got extra rice, extra chicken, several side tortillas, two ramekins of corn, 3 ramekins of cheese, and a ramekin of lettuce. They paid for a chicken bowl.Lastly, the store is a mess with a broken front door handle and empty juice machines.I won’t go here again.
The food was bland af. When I worked for Chipotle the managers made us work tirelessly to make sure the food tasted fresh and delicious. Are those little recipe books still in use? The steak had no seasoning, the fajitas were tasteless and weren't cut properly at all. Do better. There was brown rice mixed all in the steak. I ordered 2 kids meals.
