I saw your response asking me to contact you directly, but this has happened four... read more I've noticed that the window washer buckets are always empty whenever I visit. I saw your response asking me to contact you directly, but this has happened four times now. The buckets aren't even wet at the bottom! Filling eight buckets can be quite time-consuming; why not just remove the handles so people aren't constantly checking? Having the handles there suggests that the buckets will be filled eventually. Alternatively, it would be great if you could keep just one bucket filled and place it by the tire air machine.

After paying for our food the cashier took our receipt and kept it after we?d asked for ourreceipt. After asking for the second time she said ?Thank you bye?. Not happy with the customer service from this particularemployee

I entered a stall without checking for toilet paper and found myself stuck there for about 2... read more I had a rather unfortunate experience in a restroom on my way home. I entered a stall without checking for toilet paper and found myself stuck there for about 20 minutes. A maintenance worker was making her rounds and came in periodically, but she completely ignored my pleas for toilet paper. Eventually, I had to ask a stranger who came into the restroom for help, and fortunately, he was kind enough to bring me a roll. I definitely won't be returning to that Casey's again!
