I thought I was buying a nicotine pouch product got just outside the door discovered it wasn't what I wanted turned around went up to the counter said this is not what I wanted and was told you can't return that type of item I said really I just walked out the door and came right back in nope. I understand policy's but that's ridiculess you should have flexibility and common sense somewhere in the building. 14.00 bucks down the drain.

I saw your response asking me to contact you directly, but this has happened four times now. The buckets aren't even wet at the bottom! Filling eight buckets can be quite time-consuming; why not just remove the handles so people aren't constantly checking? Having the handles there suggests that the buckets will be filled eventually. Alternatively, it would be great if you could keep just one bucket filled and place it by the tire air machine.

After paying for our food the cashier took our receipt and kept it after we?d asked for ourreceipt. After asking for the second time she said ?Thank you bye?. Not happy with the customer service from this particularemployee
