Was Kay Wilkinson at Blacksmith's Steakhouse a mag?
I took my nephew here for his post-prom brunch and we loved him. He had the bodega breakfast sandwich and I had steak and eggs that had a perfectly boiled medium steak that came with one side of their deliciously crispy potatoes. Get the heritage bacon when you order becasue it is thick salty quality it is worth it!!! View all feedback.
The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic! I highly recommend this place.
I just had the grouper, and the steaks are fantastic!
Delicious food in a relaxing yet lively atmosphere. Everything we had was perfectly prepared and highlighted the protein while pairing it with unique sauces. Excellent local beer selection.
For appetizers, we indulged in cookies, boiled oysters, deviled eggs, and a giant prawn. The cookies are a must-try—they're fresh, warm, and served with a Polenta spread that complements them perfectly. Each bite is a delight! The oysters were tasty, but they didn't have that distinct "taste of the sea." As for the prawn and deviled eggs, they were pretty standard and lacked excitement. For my main course, I ordered the steak, which was cooked to a perfect medium and packed with flavor in every bite. The broccoli was acceptable but served as a neutral side to something more savory. The baked potatoes were reminiscent of fries, seasoned with herbs, which I enjoyed. The restaurant offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so I recommend making a reservation. They have lovely private cabin areas outside for guests during the pandemic, and I hope they keep them around for a while. Parking can be a challenge on busy nights and weekends, but the Union Market Parking should work well. The service was quick and friendly, making the overall experience even better!
This is a fantastic spot for a special occasion. The outdoor dining area enhances the overall atmosphere. The food, wine, and service were all exceptional. They also do a great job accommodating gluten and dairy-free options. The server was considerate and inquired about any concerns regarding cross-contamination, which I really appreciated. We will definitely be returning!
