The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Washington

Stayed here while waiting for a concert at the Newport Theater to start. Best place to hang out, we got comfy couch seats by the wall with an outlet where I could charge my cellphone plus the mall’s restroom was just a few steps away, perfect location! Presented my swirl card and I got access to free Wifi too. I used my 2019 Giving Journal coupons for December where I could buy regular Extreme Ice Blended drinks at only ₱100 instead of ₱205, the transaction went smoothly.

Ordered the famous triple decker cheesecake and iced americano. CBTL in Newport has a unique style. They have normal sofa seats, or if you want to see the view you may seat near the edge. It has some huge umbrella to block sunlight. Apparently, there were no sockets for charging than other CBTL cafes. The staff was welcoming and polite. My order was served after few minutes.

I bought a tuna sandwich iced coffee on the go and they were actually good. Service was reasonably quick and staff were friendly. I will probably go back to actually dine in there when I have the time.

Always a great place to grab a mug of English breakfast tea latte, which I exactly did while waiting for my friends. Was able to secure a seat with all the people milling about. And just because I don't want to be seating there after I've consumed my drink, I ordered a blueberry cheesecake which is also good, but this has to be with either water or plain hot tea otherwise you won't appreciate how good it is :

What I like the most about this branch is their ambiance and the view that you can see if you're seated inside. It's not too crowded here and it's not too quiet either it's just right. The best part? There's free wi fi, as long as you have their Swirl card. Whenever I'm feeling under the weather, I just get their Flavored Green Tea variants such as Cherry Blossom or Strawberry Cream. : My favorite is their pasta and also their salad options. I keep coming back here.
