Never order online from them. Or even onsite. Twice I ordered and paid in advance and last minute they will say the order is not available and they will change it and force you to add payment even if pre-ordered way in advance. Whoever projects their stocks and supplies is so stupid because they always run out and will tell you, they will give you something else but you have to pay extra. Their business practice is known by others. In their store there was a rider who was waiting for the order and told them he really needs it because he will be making other deliveries for other customers. The staff advise that it is up to the rider he can cancel it. Think about them, money is just money, poor customer who is waiting for the order in the new year and will advise the rider to cancel because they haven't prepared the food at the time for pick up. It's good that the rider didn't leave. Then they publish a different price online and when I talk to them quoting their prices according to the pictures, they say that's not the price anymore. This business owner/managers are parents, deceitful, and worthless to talk to. You will only be hassled and angry with them if you have nothing to do because you have already paid in advance. It should be reported to the DTI. It's not enough to be a scammer!

Love the food here. Service is amazing as well. Downside though is that parking is quite hard given that they are in the same complex as most of the other paluto restaurants although this one is tucked away in the far corner closest to MOA. Their Crab and Shrimp in a bilao promo for 999 is quite decent. Although advertised for 3 4 people (well, that could be true provided you order other viands from the menu) we easily finished it all despite just being a party of 2. But then again, 2 crabs and a fairly decent amount of shrimp for 999...I guess that makes it worth it.

Buy the food outside and they prepare it the way you want it. I 'm pretty sure I got skin taxed by the vendor outside though. None the less, the food was good however, service could be better. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
