Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Washington

I would have given this restaurant 5 stars, but there seems to be an issue with cleanliness. I'm not sure why there is an acidic odor lingering in the place and the floors look dirty. I didn't feel comfortable trying the food inside.

The service at this restaurant is not particularly fast, but the smoothies and food are great for a quick bite. I especially love the Blimey Limey Smoothie. There are definitely a lot of great options to choose from on the menu.

I really enjoy their menu. The service is quite quick, staff is attentive, and the prices are reasonable. The food is delicious.

I feel as though service and food is above average but i can't help but think the store would be more efficient if more workers were there during busier times. I've seen what looks to be a manager (or store owner I'm not sure) come in, see how hard his staff is working, flash a quick smile to customers and leave, makes me feel a little sorry for the poor workers (mainly younger women) slaving away behind the counters. Disheartening to see from a supposed leader to not come into the store and be a sight of relief for everyone working, hope they improve on this for the future of the workforce at this store, as well as the future of their career in a leadership position because that is unacceptable from someone in such a position.

Later I went to the breakfast. smoothies and wraps are amazing.
