What Jay S doesn't like about The Owl Wine Bar Restaurant:
Been going to the Owl 3-4 times a year over the past years. A nice spot with good food and beer/wine. Over time, today noticeable, the portion have gotten much smaller (Caesar Salad) and the prices have gone up. A bit pricy for a small lunch and one drink each. On a side note, have had to send 'hot ' tea back numerous time to heat it up when delivered Luke/warm. I did notice the online menu and actual menu are a bit... View all feedback.
