We had reservation but we had to wait 10 minutes before they sat us down. Host told us they were working on our table. We expected table to be ready when we arrived for a fine dining experience. Steak is usually amazing but this time was very disappointing. It was dry and chewy. Ordered the Miyazaki and it was better but definitely not at 4 Oz 180 this evening. This is the best steak I have had in a long time. The duck fat fries are one-of-a-kind and addicting.
