super big space! the personal was friendly and attentive. music was stellar with djs who are passionate about their crafts. this place is really easy to miss if they are not looking for it, but they will be really happy that they will discover it as soon as they do it. food truck within steps made noms effortless to get. many outside seats and interiors were as spacious. a View all feedback.
A DC Institute. Stripped down, Basic Bar, a decent if small, selection of beers on tap and everything you expect from a classic dive. Great deck and parking. A food truck offers something to eat.
Cool hangs, cool bar staff, sometimes a DJ on site, bar food or food truck. The Dew Drop is a nice neighborhood bar by the trail tracks and bike trail in the Brookland/Edgewood neighborhood. Grab a beer, whiskey or cocktail and kick back inside, on the deck or patio. On DJ nights the crowd skews younger and collegiate, but still cool hangs.
I stopped by the dew drop Inn after taking a long walk through the Metropolitan branch trail to see the mirrors from the DC walls event. The dewdrop in was nice and low-key and the vibe that I was going for after a long walk of being in the sun. They drink when you was not incredibly expensive but had all the key types of drinks you?re looking for including some fun mixed drinks unique to the location. The menu requires a QR code scan so make sure that your phone is charged. There?s also some food on site however on the weekends you have to order at the food truck rather than through the bar. If you get a chance to check this place out, try their DC Brau collaboration.
Good place to have a drink with friends! I really enjoyed being here! Good music, drinks, energy and more. Some of the employees are bilingual and that's great. I hope to be back soon!
This review is not for everyone, this is my favorite type of place... neighborhood bar with great drinks, solid hang out music and an outside deck on the railroad tracks right under an overpass. Relaxed local spot for the neighborhood and a must stop for a couple of beers if you're in the area.
