read moreCharcoal Grill, located on Douglas Avenue in Racine, is a restaurant that has seen better days according to recent reviews. Customers have reported receiving incorrect orders, missing items, and even finding walnuts in their salads. Additionally, some guests have complained about cold temperatures, burnt nacho chips, and poorly prepared dishes. Despite these negative experiences, there are still some positive notes. Some diners have praised the friendly waitstaff, hot and tasty food, and fresh ingredients in dishes like the Cobb salad. While the restaurant may have its drawbacks, loyal patrons appreciate the convenient location and the consistent quality of their favorite menu items like burgers. Overall, the reviews suggest that while Charcoal Grill may have room for improvement, it still maintains a loyal customer base for its classic American fare.
