I will b honest, I never been to butcher/meat shops until I moved to Wisconsin. They seem to provide items a level above your typical grocery store. This store has many styles of meat. As a added visual treat, they had Tamales, yes Tamales. U could buy one or several and they are so worth it. Food flavor WoW. My purpose was Italian sausage which also was a perfect match to the bun. I usually visit this restaurant frequently. Yesterday at 5:30, I ordered the roasted beef, but the slicer was already cleaned. The customer service was terrible, as if they were doing me a favor by being there. Not impressed at all. Best regards. View all feedback.

I love the variety of meats and cheeses available at this restaurant. The top-grade butcher really stands out in this regard.
