This was the best underground dining experience I have ever had. I visited this subway at different locations 3 to 4 times, and each time the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very clean and empty, which was a plus during the pandemic. View all feedback.

The server was appalling. I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but now with two out of the three hired servers being rude and lacking enthusiasm, I am reluctant to come back. View all feedback.

Always have great experiences hear just need not to hire people if they cant speak English until they learn. Staff members putting everything on my sandwich I didn't ask for cause she didnt under stand English. Smh
I visit many Subway shops. The downtown DC ones are cleaner and freshly stocked.

I tried to order a sandwich from them on ubereats. One hour after I placed the order, they had not finished “preparing†the sandwich. I had to call ubereats to cancel the order. Big fail.
