This Starbucks location is not well-maintained, and they often get your drink order wrong. Most importantly, the staff here are quite rude and disrespectful, particularly a woman named Latanya. She spends her time standing outside the counter handing out online orders, and her demeanor is very off-putting. Overall, a disappointing experience! View all feedback.
