Starbucks - Washington

This is a very busy store with inside and outside seating area. Overall good service.

Such a pity that 1st floor is closed I wanted to use the space to study and drinking my coffee but was not available. Hope soon you can offer this service so the neighborhood can come and use it!

Terrible. What is the point of having a diet when all seats are closed, and it is a pick-up place? that's like the anti-Starbucks Ethos. also rude staff on the back say no when I asked if I could use a stand-up window for a minute. this is one of the best places of dc. if you have a terrible day, I am.

Bad customer services I've ever experienced. I brought a sandwich, but it was everywhere on the bag the brot, the ham, the cheese in the bag messed up. I have my refund, but they have gone crazy.

I went for sarg on a busy Sunday morning and the staff was so sweet and beautiful, I lost my bank card and could not pay for sarg, but the number one just said the cash to move the line told me take my time while I find my cards money ect she was very nice she said her name was short, the team dancing smiled really made my day because it was a terrible morning I give back
