Excellent service. I love that you had your own little curtained room . Covid updates actually made this very cool, so you have a lot of privacy. We had the Raclette brunch. It is quite an experience and also a ton of food. There were 4 of us and we had left over everything! There must have been at least a pound of cheese and a basketball size bucket of potatoes. This was a new experience for me and fun to try something different. You get to cook your own cheese in your own little pan. I like their spice mix...not sure what 's in it, but it was good. The little pickles had a very interesting flavor-?fennel. Pickled onions cabbage to add on. Almost forgot the yummy salad with a wide variety of greens and nice vinaigrette that you get to start off.

We had a wonderful dinner here. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the cozy chalet atmosphere felt very welcoming. I ordered the Vol-au-vent, and it was excellent.

My family and a few of my friends came to Stable DC last weekend to celebrate a graduation from grad school turned out to be a perfect choice! We made a brunch reservation at 10:30 and elected to sit inside in one of their chalets. These little enclosed compartments were apparently a COVID addition, but I hope they keep them forever so cute, perfect for small groups, great for more privacy and quiet. Between the six of us, we ordered most of the brunch menu (sadly, no fondue this time at least and every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our picks! Some standouts included the eggs Benedict (my mom said they were probably the best eggs Benedict she 'd ever had at a restaurant , the smoked salmon (so fresh and delicious , and the Berner Rosti (potatoes, bacon, and cheese need I say more?? When the food came out, none of it looked like a large portion, but everything was so filling that all of us were stuffed after (especially since we had also polished off a bread basket before, haha! Service was great (so friendly and they even brought two little jelly donuts for me and my friend who had graduated the day before. So sweet! Overall, everything was so delicious that my dad said he would give it 6 stars if he could!

We shared a raclette (the plate version), which was served with melted cheese over baby potatoes and pickles. We also tried a quiche that had a crispy crust and was incredibly cheesy. I typically don't enjoy cheese-only quiches, but this one was amazing. The accompanying salad was well-seasoned, too. We added a helping of pulpit and a side of bratwurst, which the staff were kind enough to accommodate! Upon entering, we were instantly tempted by the baked treats. The Berliners did not disappoint; we tried one filled with cream and another with Nutella. The cream was wonderfully rich, while the Nutella filling was light and fluffy—I'd highly recommend both! Overall, the meal exceeded our expectations, and the service was outstanding. The prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely return to try the raclette with a group of four!

If you are a gin connoisseur you have to stop here. They infuse their own gin somewhere in there. Has to be a secret door in the back. If you get hungry get the wings and try not to fall in love with the sauce.
