Nice little live music venue. Went to see a place to bury strangers. Cool show, sound wasn't really dialed in, too much mids and highs but nothing some earplugs won't solve View all feedback.
I loved going to this place that was located in Adams Morgan. Halfway between concert hall and cafeteria. They have not been able to maintain the essence in the new location. However, they still have a pretty interesting agenda of events, a fantastic atmosphere, and affordable prices. The Drag Queen's night is quite good, fun, and with many points of clever and spicy humor.
Really really love this space! It was so intimate, but still felt like a full house with lots of fun! Bartenders were great, line wasn't too long to get in, and they had a masked vaxxed requirement
The new location sounds amazing. The old location was fighting some unavoidable unwinnable small room issues. No longer. Big open space with an unobstructed view of the stage from everywhere. Sound is a perfect balance of clear and punchy without any harshness.
Love this place. Cozy but never cramped. Sound quality beats most of the bigger venues. Everyone is super friendly (a rarity in DC). Easy to get to via Metro plenty of on-street free parking.
Went here for a Saleka concert (check out her music) Lovely, intimate venue. Staff was amazing and the food was really good. They have vegan and vegetarian options as well as food for the omnivores. They've recently moved to their current location and split the business in two. So there are no records/merch sales at this location however, they have a record store called Brydland Records down the road. Shout out to Chadwick for being an amazing bartender as well. Was a great time
