Sol Mexican Grill - Washington

The experience was mediocre. Unfortunately, the soda machine was not working. I ordered the fish tacos and they were messy and too large to pick up. I had to eat them with a fork. They should use larger tortillas. Overall, the dining experience was lacking, making it seem like a dish catered to students.

The staff at this restaurant either does not speak English well, lacks empathy, or is simply not very intelligent. I personally did not eat at this establishment, so I cannot speak to the quality of the food. I logged into DoorDash to pick up an order for someone located at 1253 H St. Unfortunately, the app only provided the address without the restaurant name. When I arrived, the GPS indicated that I had reached the destination. I entered the restaurant and encountered two women behind the counter and a small group of people seated at a nearby table. I immediately asked the women if their address was 1253 H St. They confirmed that it was, but informed me that another delivery driver had already picked up the order using another app. I double-checked to ensure I was at the correct address, but they insisted that I was, although the order was no longer there. After spending 10 minutes trying to contact the customer, I was informed that the order was still available. I asked the staff for the name of the restaurant, and they informed me that it was called Pow Pow. I inquired once more about the address, as the customer had mentioned that Pow Pow was next door. The customers nearby confirmed that the correct address was 1251, not 1253. Despite feeling frustrated by the situation, I left the restaurant without further incident.

I am searching for a restaurant that has not opened yet.
