The advantage of franchise eateries is their consistency, and we were served promptly. Renie insisted we try the Gelati, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The presentation was impressive, and the quality of the products was top-notch. The custard was incredibly flavorful and creamy. Plus, there is ample free parking available, as well as street parking if that's your preference. View all feedback.
What David J doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice:
I took my kids to this restaurant and unfortunately, I found some of the staff to be quite arrogant and rude, which was also echoed by others in my group. We were waiting in line with no one behind us, and the workers became visibly frustrated when my daughter had trouble pronouncing the flavor she wanted. It was absolutely unacceptable. I'm seriously considering giving it a zero-star review. View all feedback.

**The Service:** Depending on the time of year and what time you visit, the line can get quite long and may wrap around the building. I usually show up around noon in the summer, and there are typically around five people ahead of me in line. The service is decent; it's not particularly remarkable, but they do keep things moving. I recommend checking Google to see how busy it is before heading over. **The Food:** Ritas keeps things simple, but they offer a variety of flavor options for countless combinations (think strawberry, Swedish fish, blood orange, green apple, etc.). My personal favorite is the mango gelati paired with vanilla custard. The small size is surprisingly filling since custard is denser than ice cream. They’ve recently introduced a new flavor called tropical paradICE, which is a delightful blend of guava, mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. They even offer custard dog treats for your furry friends, which could rival Starbucks’ pupiccino!

Pretty busy location but staff is really friendly and quick. Parking is scarce. They will recommend you some pretty good options too if you ask. They are also one of the only Rita's that I have been to that have 4 custard flavors everyday. (Usually, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and butter pecan) I love a gelati on a hot day. They typically keep their online flavors accurate too and you can decide before you get there!
Service was a D-, The amount I paid for two kids sundae and one small sundae was outrageous. It cost me $16.57. This Rita's does not give an itemized receipts. This is my first experience with them. Then the manager gives me a unreasonable explanation on why this amount of ice cream was that size. The staff members are very unprofessional. If I am speaking to the manager the responses should only come from the manager. But all the other employees who don't have a managerial role responded with attitudes to my questions. Staff needs to be trained on customer service etiquette.
