Pizza hut has been really good lately. No other place makes a deep dish the way pizza hut makes it!

We entered and no one was there, so we sat down. After 5 to 10 minutes someone came out and stood at the counter. We waited a while before they told us to order at the counter, content to just stand doing nothing. The silverware was DIRTY, covered in food. The staff said, we don 't clean them, we put them in the dishwasher but I 'll tell them to check it when asked. The restaurant itself was dusty and the bathroom had cobwebs. The food had little to no sauce and the pizza melt had multiple grease puddles. Honestly, the only good thing was the pop and hopefully the glasses were actually clean. The entire time we were there, only one other family was there. They were not busy, except the phone which rang nonstop and never got answeredParking: Plenty of parking spaces, the only downside is one parking lot is in the drive thru lane so you need to be careful that you don 't park in the yellow lines that go through that lane. Also be careful when exiting on that side since the drive thru is right by the exit.

Have been doing carry out so did not eat inside. The pizzas were hot and good, they have definitely improved over the last several years. There was a time several years ago we quit ordering from here, but they have definitely upped their game and the food has been great every time we order. The person at the window knows us by name and makes us feel like a valued customer.

I used to love Pizza Hut. Now, it is going down hill. Pizza is thin and dry, barely has any toppings and prices are ridiculous. Time to switch!
