It's not the best pizza I've ever had but it's certainly not the worst. The problem with DC as a whole is that there really aren't any _GREAT_ pizza places. The stuff here is a bit greasy but you can easily take it up with a napkin. The key to this area as a whole (TONS of businesses so every restaurant, food truck, and the like are going to be busy around noon) is waiting till down times. If you go at the back half... Needed pizza for the family after a long day of sightseeing in Washington DC and this was a random choice based on location. Ended up with a lovely fresh pizza good value for money.
I stopped by for a pizza and it was absolutely delightful! I placed my order and it was incredibly fresh! The prices are great and the food is excellent! This place is simply perfect!

I had intended to go for dinner but realized it was more of a take away with a few tables inside and out. I did grab a slice to go and had it later and it was definitely pizza (I grew up in NYC, living in Chicago and it's impossible to find a good slice of pizza in Chicago). Decent price, good dough/crust nothing that disappointed. Just don't go there to have dinner, go there to grab a few slices, order take out, etc.
