Panera Bread - Washington

The manager was very generous to me and my family. We ordered vegetables soup on 4/7/22. However, when I arrived at our hotel with the food, it was onion soup. I didn't like. This morning (4/17) I went back to Panera and made my complaints. The manager gave us vegetables soup. Not only that, He went above and beyond. When I ordered breakfast wrap, pizza and drinks. He said it was on him. And gave us 3 chocolate cookies. Thank you, I think his name is Phillip for your generosity and kindness.

Relatively fast and super friendly service, the shop is also very clean. Because of its popularity it does run out of ingredients quite soon, making some salads and sandwiches unavailable.

Very casual place to eat, kitchen is also very clean and well organized which is always a Plus (but it's inside a university so you cannot access the location without a university pass)

Soon to be chaar and Absurd Bird, I am uncertain about what either of these restaurants are, but they are not open yet.
