Panda Express - Washington

The service at this restaurant was subpar. The waiter was unable to understand English, making communication difficult. The food was disappointing as well. The chicken dish I ordered was dry and unappetizing. When I asked for a different dish, I was told I would have to wait at least 5 minutes. The grilled teriyaki chicken I received was greasy and inedible. I would not recommend this restaurant and would not order from here again.

I had a terrible experience at this Panda Express location. The staff at the window were extremely disrespectful as I made my way to my car. They made a mistake with my order and refused to fix it, claiming that they did not hear it correctly. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Panda Express.

I like this Panda Express. They give you real portions, the server smiles, the food is fresh, however. I have a problem with the cashier lifting up my box to see the contents inside, after she's been collecting money. Cashiers should not touch your containers after touching dirty but money with no gloves or with gloves unless you gonna change each time b4 you touch the food containers for that you get a 3 star. Health and safety first always and forever with me. Bottom line.

Good and cheap food. Excellent service at all times!
