Millie’s was super fun! When we got there, it was really busy but they said we could grab a high-top seat if there was one available. We managed to snag one, and got served immediately. To share, we got the salsa, guac, and queso platter. The salsa tasted as though it had mint in it, which was actually really refreshing. I got the tacos, and the rice is really yummy. Drinks were good also. My friend got their mystery... View all feedback.
What John D doesn't like about Millie's Spring Valley:
I have decided that ordering food delivered spoils the quality. According to other reviews, this is a first class restaurant. Unfortunately when our food arrived it was not very good. My wife and I had tacos and they were cold, soft and messy. I would like to visit Millie's to check out the food at the restaurant. View all feedback.
Scrumptious lunch and sorbet. Their seafood menu is desirable.Food: 5/5
I won’t go back. I’ve been here several times, but today was the last straw. Honestly, the only reason I went today was because of those I was with. I won’t do it again. I have found hair in my food twice. And it wasn’t like the hair could have fallen between the kitchen and my table. There was hair partly embedded on the bottom part of my sandwich. It didn’t help that I took one bite, felt I would vomit, tan to the bathroom, returned and asked for a box to wrap it up, and while lifting the sandwich to transfer it to the box, found a hair. 2nd time. I used to always order to go lunch from there, but the to go meals never look as full or well-prepared as the ones that come when you order it while dining in. Won’t do that again. Today, there were so many flies in their that we could not eat in peace. It was horrible. There were less flies outside than in the building. I’m good. I’ll go somewhere else.
Staff is very kind and attentive. Seafoods are always very fresh and delicious!Food: 5/5
This is a VERY lively place- seems quite local- noise level is a bit beyond, but good for taking kids and they like the ice cream stand out back
