Guys I come here most mornings and Lot 38 has the best Chai Lattes around. The staff is friendly prices are fair for a coffee shop in Navy Yard. I have recommended all of my coworkers here and they all love it as well. Great way to start the morning Food: 5/5

The breakfast sandwiches are amazing! All the food is good. You need to check this place out if you want a quick bite that's affordable. They have nice seating area upstairs and it's super clean!
