We wanted to enjoy happy hour on the patio with our dog, but after spotting the third large rat and noticing that the patio was covered in rat droppings, we decided to leave. I understand it's D.C., but that was hard to overlook. Before we left, I went to use the restroom, and it was disgusting. That is unacceptable. I highly doubt we’ll return.
The food and service at this restaurant are fantastic. They assisted me in preparing a charcuterie and cheese platter to take home as a surprise for my wife. They even made accommodations for her gluten allergy. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning!

Nice atmosphere and food. We went several months ago when they had a Switzerland theme. Good grilled cheese sandwiches.Unrelated to that though and the reason for my review now—for the love of all that is holy will somebody put the bird of paradise in the front window out of its misery? There is an entire nation of mealybugs living on it.
Food was okay but we got charged $15 for an “espresso martini” that was all coffee liquor. Was not good.
