With just one car in front of us, we ultimately decided to leave without getting any food.

They’ve had several owners over time, but the service remains consistently poor—it feels like the place is cursed. I tried ordering a bunch of chicken tenders online, and the app directed me to pick up my order inside, but the doors were locked. When I went through the drive-thru, they told me they don’t handle online orders, even though they were clearly aware of mine. They couldn’t provide any information about whether my Google Pay transaction went through, and to make matters worse, they were closing earlier than their posted hours and couldn’t assist me.

It's a shame that Washington, MO doesn't have other fast food fried chicken options like Church's or Popeye's, which likely helps this place stay open despite its many issues.
