Even though we were... read more I had a fantastic time at Hook Hall for a work event. The staff, from management to the waiters, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even though we were outside, they had fire pits and set us up in a tent to keep us warm. The food, including both vegan and non-vegan options, as well as the drinks, were outstanding! I will definitely be coming back!

While the restaurant... read more Hook Hall is a stunning venue. I decided to drive there, which turned out to be a mistake—I should have opted for an Uber or Lyft instead. While the restaurant is situated on a main road, it is also in a residential area, making parking a bit challenging. However, the food and drinks were both delicious, and the service was outstanding.

The bartenders were slow and seemed unsure about how to make various drinks, and the food was cold. It was quite disappointing! The venue itself was excellent, and the DJ was fantastic, but waiting in long lines for drinks because the staff couldn't handle the basics was very frustrating. They really need to improve!
