This is the worst el pollo loco I have been too. After being told I had to pick up my online order in the drive thru then going to the drive thru only to be told go back out front and wait. They didn?t give me any forks to eat with. Then they told me I hadto go back thru the drive thru to get forks. Then the employee yelled explicits at me thru the drive thru.
