I work in the building and have been here since the restaurant opened. The staff is generally efficient, but I often find myself waiting for my mobile orders—usually a sandwich and Munchkins, and I frequently have to wait for the Munchkins. A major downside is that the hot chocolate machine is constantly broken. As someone who doesn’t drink coffee, I really miss out on the free drink perks when it’s out of service. View all feedback.
I don't usually eat donuts, but I can't resist Dunkin's. They're so delicious!
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! None of the workers are ever happy or helpful and they will randomly tell you they can't make certain orders. I asked for a cup of almond milk which should generally be one of the easiest things these folks will ever do during the workday. You literally take the lid off and pour the milk into a cup. The lady at the register said they don't do that and then proceeded to complain about her work. The only reason this place does well is because of where it is and the fact that there are limited options in the office buildings. The convenience doesn't matter to me that much though. I would rather walk anywhere else to get coffee.

Nice staff and food is up to the standard Dunkin’s quality.
