Their vegetarian options are all inherently vegan. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. The spiced tea is also really really good. I love fine dining woth low light and candles, cloth linens and attentive service. They have gluten free injera as well We tried the mushrooms, the vegetable platter and another order of the red lentils. That was enough for two hungry vegans. Definitely recommend and will want to come... View all feedback.
What Griffin Corkery doesn't like about Das Ethiopian Cuisine:

And this is a genuine need! I’ve been once: when out of town work colleagues were visiting and requested that we have them try Ethiopian. It was good, and there were vegan options. This restaurant is wonderful, with a wide variety of choices on the menu. The service is top-notch and quick.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the service could use some improvement. It seemed like they were understaffed the night we went, as we had to wait 10 minutes just to be acknowledged at the door, and the entrance area was cramped. Once seated, we waited over 15 minutes to place our order. Despite these issues, the meat and vegetable samplers were tasty and full of flavor. I would definitely recommend trying the food here, and hopefully the service kinks were just a one-time occurrence.
This restaurant is a great spot to try authentic Ethiopian cuisine.
Absolutely delicious!! Would go back without a doubt. And for being a recommended Michelin star restaurant. The prices are right.
Food was great and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be back.
