The owner welcomed us warmly and shared fascinating stories about Bolivia while offering us samples of their horchata drink, which was delicious. I ordered the lomo saltado, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dishes I've ever had! The French fries were incredibly crunchy, even after soaking up the sauce—they somehow stayed perfectly crispy, which I can only describe as culinary magic. My husband opted for the burrito and absolutely devoured it. Everything was so tasty that I'm seriously considering going back for dinner tonight!

It's one of those local gems that I hope everyone in the neighborhood, especially those who aren't familiar with this type of cuisine, gets to experience. The ceviche was fantastic—I opted for just the fish, but I bet the mixto would have been great too! I also ordered a chicken burrito. I do wish it had come with avocado or guacamole, but the chicken itself was incredibly tasty!
