I’m incredibly d... read more You’ve got to be kidding me! The “oxtail bowl” is completely inedible! The white rice is hard, and the oxtail was burnt and lacking any flavor! I’m incredibly disappointed! Where are the 5-star ratings coming from?! At this point, I’d really appreciate it if someone could answer the phone because I need a refund. This is by far the worst Caribbean meal I’ve ever had.

After experiencing my first and only negative interaction with the hostess at CANE, they took the initiative to reach out to me. They were very attentive to my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer! Thank you, CANE, for the fantastic food you serve and the excellent service! This restaurant really appreciates feedback and prioritizes customer service!

And you absolutely must try the kale; it comes with a chutney and a slightly spicy sauce topped with nuts. It's so good! Don’t miss out on the Trini wings either; just thinking about them makes my mouth water! Keep in mind that if you're looking for a wide selection of liquors, they specialize in rum drinks here, so don’t expect to find margaritas. This is a Trinidadian restaurant, not Mexican! If I could give Cane a perfect 10, I definitely would. It’s my go-to place!

Four of us walked in (including a hungry toddler) and they got us a table and high chair right away. We initially had a reservation down the street at the Fancy Radish, but were treated so poorly we decided to leave. Thank goodness we had lunch at this place a month ago, and remembered it was just down the street. We were treated as if we were welcomed house guests, and had a great time. The food was incredible (the fish, wow, and the flan OMG to die for), and it was very kid friendly. The only slight negative was the music was a tad loud, but it was joyful and fun. We'll 100% be back!

I walked into the restaurant and the waiters didn't even greet me or offer me a table to sit at. One of the waiters had AirPods in and we had to ask where we could sit. The menu online does NOT reflect what you get in- person. I ordered at around dinner time and the serving size you get for the prices are not worth it. The sizes of the food I ordered were disappointing compared to the price.The music was loud and waiters were not welcoming. I do not recommend if you are looking to get your money's worth and feel satisfied.
