I've taken the tour 3 times and I always see new parts of the building which is nice! The tour guides are very friendly and are happy to answer (reasonable) questions. Security is stringent but friendly. The appointment confirmation always says you have to be there an hour before your tour, but if you get there 40 minutes before you're totally fine too.
