Had my 1st ever canelé at yours today. Textbook perfect. That was after a fantastic sandwich one of the simplest and best things I've had to eat here all week (I'm visiting from Scotland . Took home a spelt and flaxseed loaf. Excellent. Just how bread should be. (The dried out affair bought from Wholefoods the other day was put in its proper place. The bin.

This place is fantastic! It’s so enjoyable to watch the bakers making fresh bread. The pastries were amazing. I’d love to see a lemon scone on the menu. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot both inside and out, with a great market vibe.

Bread Furst is a distinctive bakery that truly sets itself apart. Alongside their freshly baked bread, they provide an extensive selection of local pastas, sauces, dried fruits, and much more. The staff is welcoming, and the variety of choices is impressive. They also offer outdoor seating, which is a great advantage on pleasant days.
