Air - Washington

I loved my brunch at Air. They were very articulate for the reservations and seating. I had a large party to celebrate Founders Day with my linesisters and we had a ball. Our servers Ki Ki and Bradley were amazing, accommodating, and patient! We will visit again in the future!

We were seated immediately but the waitress came 40 mins after we were seated. I had to go back to the hosted to ask her who was serving our table. The food took another hour to come out and our waitress did not come to apologize or even check on us during the wait. She was rude when asked to take the food off the bill because it took too long still made us wait and brought the food out.

I enjoyed myself I will return. However server was delayed with bring condiments and picking up used plates. I enjoyed the all you can eat however they bring your plate to you with everything on it. Pork, beef and chicken. My daughter does not eat beef or pork and they brought her the plate twice with both items on the plate. Other then that it was a good Sunday. I would for sure go back.

I went to Air for Sunday brunch. I was very disappointed with this venue. The glasses for the mimosas were dirty. When we sat down we were instructed to immediately pay for the brunch upfront which included the gratuity. Total cost was $72. The food was certainly nothing to write home about.. it was brought out while I was at the omelette and waffle station so pretty much cold/luke warm. I heard a great deal about the brunch at Air and really expected more.

Love it. Went there for my wife's birthday. She was delighted. I liked the way the restaurant gives you a sampler of all their food offering. You can then select the food you want more of.
