The cashier seemed completely uninterested; instead of greeting me, she just reached out her hand expect... read more I had a rather unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. The cashier seemed completely uninterested; instead of greeting me, she just reached out her hand expecting payment without a word. There was no "thank you" or any acknowledgment when she handed me my drink and quickly closed the window. Shortly after, a male employee opened the window, handed me my food, said a brief "thanks," and shut the window just as fast. I can't help but wonder what I did to receive such service. Was my simple order too much to handle? Did arriving a few hours before closing make a difference? Did my friendly greeting upset her? I even turned off my windshield wipers out of consideration before reaching the window. The whole interaction felt bizarre and rude. There was hardly any conversation while ordering, so I couldn't have said anything that would have warranted such behavior. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
